Javier García Moreno was born in Málaga, when he was only 5 years old he began studying the Guitar with his father. He is unanimously awarded the "End of Career Honor Award." He has been awarded in many National and International Competitions and has given concerts in theaters in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, England, Switzerland, Holland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, (former) Yugoslavia , Turkey, United States, Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Japan, etc.

He is currently Professor of Guitar and Director of the Superior Conservatory of Music of Malaga, regularly participates in some of the main Music and Guitar Festivals existing internationally, makes recordings for radio and television networks in various countries, and teaches masterclasses in Conservatories and Universities in Europe and the United States.
